Web design

I have the backend of my website coded (for the most part), however I need help building the graphical user interface. I need it to be marketable and stylish. This will be an ongoing project with features getting added every so often, and we could definitely work something out for long term work, but to start I need somebody that knows web design and is able to design the website to be attractive, modern, and catchy. The project is a spinoff of yelp, facebook, and soundcloud. There are others social networks that you will be able to compare it to, however the main functionality and interaction will resemble yelp, facebook, and soundcloud. The main areas I need displayed on the website are a search bar to search for businesses and members, a member area for users with a personal profile page, a member area for business owners with a business profile page and a way to upload and showcase their work, ratings of users and businesses, and a way for users to interact with each other and with business owners/representatives (private messaging system). Those are the main areas of the website. There are other areas I need designed and laid out on the website which are not priority. Again, most of the back end code is already written and functional, I just need a visual designer to design a marketable website layout that will be both catchy and interesting to navigate through. I will give more detailed info when I find someone that is able to work with me and is "on the same page" or "that I click with". Thank you for your help.
