Write an iPhone application

hi i have a long term project. i need a programmer that can develop android and ios app for me. the app also need to be link to mysql database of my website. this is a fresh project. the developer will develop this project from scratch. please tell me whether you can do this project or not. the developer will develop this project and upload it to ios and android store. below is the description of my project. for ios and android apps : 1- the app must support unlimited push notifications for members. 2- members will download the app from appstore and playstore. 3- members will register an account similiar like how we register on whatsapp. there will be a sms verification during the registration. 4- the member will have to enter their details in the app. all the details will be save in my website database (mysql) 5- then the members will choose which package to subscribe to. free or paid package. 6- the app will send info to the members regarding to what package the members is subscribe to. the message is created by admins. so basicly, in the apps, there will be a panel with 3 sub panels that is free,paid and profiles. for paid members, they will receive message for both free and paid. but for free members they will only recieve message for free members. on the sub panel free, every message send to them will be place in that sections. its like a logger/ history so the free members can always read and track previous message send by the admins. the members cannot comment on the messages but they can like/mark the message as read so they can differentiate which message they have read and not. same goes for the sub panel of paid members. on the sub panel profiles, members can see their details and edit the details. this is for now, since this is a long term project, they will be some modification and upgrade in the future. so i need a developer that can do long term development with me. and if you can also code for website then we can talk about it too. how much will you charge for this project. please charge accordingly since this is a long term project. thanks..
