iPhone/iOS H264 live broadcasting app

We run a webcast network which our customers use to broadcast live sporting events from around the world, which are then stored on our network for on-demand viewing as well. We are looking to build a live broadcasting app for the iPhone/iOS/iPod Touch/iPad which our broadcasters could download and then broadcast remotely to our network from anywhere. The app would publish to our content servers that support RTMP publishing of H.264 media streams, which are based on Wowza Media Server. We are looking for an app that can: - Adaptive bitrate streaming, auto detecting available bandwidth - Manual bitrate streaming - Realtime low latency streaming - Basic RTSP authentication - TCP UDP Transports - Focus/brightness/contrast controls - Torch mode (iPhone 4 only) - Up to 640x480 streaming - Full-screen broadcasting view with option to display device status bar/network quality - Record to your phone and upload and share later - Front/back camera switching (when supported by device) - Support for both 3G/4G networks as well as wifi - Basic volume/mute/camera/content controls There is also some minor interaction with our network (i.e. passing the typed-in name of the broadcast to our network, pulling up a list of event names from our db, etc), that could be accomplished via php or an api. You will also guide us through the app registration and approval process (from start to finish, we are aware there are separate Apple fees) so that we can get our application into the app store. ## Deliverables We will give you basic logos and company images to work with that we have on file, but the coder is responsible for creating or adapting all graphics for the project, including icons, buttons, app store images, screenshots, etc. Screenshots and any other accessory images or details needed for inclusion into the Apple app store will be provided by the coder. A written tutorial should also be provided that we can post to our website. Our team has some technical knowhow and should be able to monitor the project and answer any questions quickly for the coder.
