App will display an agent's logo at the top and a search form underneath.
Search form will have:
Property Type: residential, rental, rural or land
Bedrooms: 1,2,3,4,5,6+ (Hidden when land is selected)
Price From: 50000,100000,150000,200000,250000,300000,400000,500000,750000,1000000,1250000,1500000
Price To: 50000,100000,150000,200000,250000,300000,400000,500000,750000,1000000,1250000,1500000
When Rental is selected
Price From: 100,150,200,250,300,400,500,750,1000,1250,1500
Price To: 100,1500,200,250,300,400,500,750,1000,1250,1500

Search Button
When the search button is pressed, a search results page in list form
will be presented.
The results will come from an RSS style feed that I will produce for
you with the variables above passed in as paramaters. (Thumbnail and
some text, with a link to the agent's website to view property details
in default browser.)
There will also be a tab view with 3 options at the bottom, Search
(this page) and Articles and About
When the Articles tab is selected, an RSS feed will be read in and the
results displayed in list form, if the user clicks one, they will be
taken to the link in the RSS feed to read it in default browser.
When the About tab is selected, an RSS feed will be read in and the
text displayed on a page.
App is to be made for iPhone., however It should work on ipad or
tablet (iPad) size machines.
