Technical expectations • Performance-optimized theme (no bloated builders) and fully responsive layouts. • Basic on-page SEO setup—clean permalinks, meta data, schema, and image alt tags. • Intuitive admin area: easy product uploads, order tracking, and report access. • Security best practices in place from day one. Acceptance criteria 1. Site scores 90+ on Google PageSpeed for both mobile and desktop. 2. All checkout methods complete a test order successfully. 3. Design matches the luxury mood board and font references provided. 4. Admin demo shows a non-technical user adding a new product start-to-finish. Deliverables are a live, production-ready site plus a zipped backup and short hand-off video.
