I need accurate transcription of spoken Bengali and Hindi directly into clean, well-formatted digital text, followed by transfer of that text into Excel sheets and Word documents. Once transcribed, the same information must be placed into a variety of online and offline forms—survey, application and registration forms alike—so experience jumping between different form layouts without losing consistency is important. You will often receive the speech live over a call or recording; I expect you to capture every word verbatim, correct obvious pronunciation-related spelling issues, and keep any codes, numbers or dates exactly as stated. After that, the data goes into my Excel tracker and a matching Word file for archiving before you populate the required form. Key deliverables • Verbatim Bengali & Hindi text files • Updated Excel tracker with structured fields • Word document archive mirroring the spreadsheet • Completed sets of survey, application and registration forms, error-free and ready for submission Accuracy, speed and respect for confidentiality are critical. If you are comfortable switching between Excel, MS Word and web/desktop form interfaces while listening to two Indian languages, this should be a smooth collaboration.
