Build an document system into an existing WP Site

I am running a website called [login to view URL] (norwegian). Who specialize in HSE for company. Until now we have manly focused on online courses. When you as a costumer register for a course you will get an log inn to "min profil" (my site). The courses are made with Lifter LMS (plugin). In the plugin its also possible to register for a membership (does not have any atm.) But i want to use the possibility and integrate/make a document system on to "min side". (see prnt screen) The document system need to include: Information about the company: goals, emplyees, organizational Charts, forms, document templates. Most of the system need to be static, but the user need to register all employees, labor agreements, cooperation agreements, use forms to fill inn documents and upload them to the system. So its like an living documents with those functions. I have made a stripped down system in PDF. (sadly only in Norwegian) but i hope that it can give an impression of what i want to make. "see the attached file" I am looking for a developer who have experience whit this from before, and have some references to show to. I am flexible in the matter of how we can make the system work.
