Job Description:

I would like to have a simple website created where I could have some ability to edit pages and possibly add new pages or sections. I am open to wordpress but it can be built using a different platform. I would like to keep it simple and try to keep the cost down.
It's going to be a membership website where people who pay to join get access to the content in the member's area.
.com page I would like to be able to edit.
Couple informational pages where I can provide the content for the page.
There would be a join page / credit card processing, recurring membership. I can create what ever account would be needed to get the ability to process credit cards but would need you to set that up on the site.
There would be different types of purchase options:
- Purchase a hard copy book $150 (I will need their shipping information so I know where to mail it.)
- Purchase a membership $180 / year auto rebills each year. They will create a user name and password to access the member's area. If they cancel their access would be removed once the time period they paid for expired.
- Purchase a book and 1 year membership $295 (membership auto rebills $180 each additional year.)
- Purchase a life time access to the website + free book $495. (Life time member access never removed and never charged again.)
Members area:
- Pdf viewer for ebook (I need something so that the member can not copy, print or download the pdf file). I would upload the file that has the text for the book in what ever format you need, the member would be able to view the ebook only when they are logged into the member's area.
- Members can ask questions (some type of support ticket system so I can keep it organized and can see when I have new questions to respond to).
- Calendar (regular calendar displayed with events listed on each day and a text list of upcoming events)
- Blog or something similar where I can make new posts. Listed by topics that I can determine, show most recent posts etc.
- Video section where I can upload videos.
- Files page. I can upload files that can be download.
- Resources page: I can list other text information by type (general directory) attorneys, title companies, etc.
- Section for each parish (parish directory). There are 64 "Parishes" so essential I would create 64 pages and enter in the content for each page which would consist of mostly text and one picture.
- Section for Laws (legal directory). I would create a page for each law and enter in the content for each page which would consist of mostly text and maybe a picture. Each page would be displayed on the main /laws page in a directory format so people could decide which legal page to go to.
I am fine with having this set up using word press or something similar that will give me ability to make edits and have some options on site themes that can be used. I am looking to have this site completed in 7 - 10 days.
