Create a custom group study room with video conferencing and custom features for wordpress site

I need a group study room with following features 1. Video call 2. Audio In the group study room each person, name, country (location) and exam date should appear. Exam date, if not filled then it should show as Exam date not confirmed The group should work in auto mode when host is offline. Automode - Group should have at least 3 members to start the study If members number reach 6, then it should automatically divide the group in to two. If members number reach 9, then devide to 3 groups, and so on. for every 3 members who join go in to new room. The last to join should be directed to the new group. After completion of 6 rounds (desribed below) there should be a break of 15 min and study should start again. Members will be asigned to group randomy at the start after the break so that they are not with same group. There should be an option in the back end for admin to change the setting to continue with the same group or change after the break. Study mode - For both auto mode and for hosted mode. When the study starts Each of the member is assigned to a role 1. Candidate 2. Actor 3. Examiner. After each task, the role changes so that each member get a chance to be a cadidate, examiner and actor. If there are more than 3 students (3-5) students then each member should get the chance. At the start - AUDIO announcement should be made - start reading the question All three members should get a display of the question ON LEFT SIDE OF THE SCREEN Candidate should only get the display of question Actor should get the display of question and actors prompt sheet Examiner should get the display of question, actors prompt seet and mark sheet There should be a display of thier role ON TOP After 1 min 30 sec, prompt - start the consultation After 6 min, display and audio promot - 2min remaining at the end of 8 min - stop and start the feedback. Then after 3 min, display should change to next station. Now roles should automatically change and displayed on the screen and new question, actors prompt sheet and mark sheet should be displayed and promts should start as before And this should continue 6 times and then break for 15 min and reassign the group There should be an option for admin to enter and monitor groups If a host is present then auto mode is offf, all members stay in one room with the host. All observe and host will allocate manually the roles. and Host should have the option to select the questions . Host should be able to over ride the time Back end should have the option to edit add and remove questions, actor prompt sheets and mark sheets.
