Creating Real Estate Website Project

I need a Freelancer for my new WordPress project and the project based on creating a Wordpress theme for real estate website i need a outlook in a very elegant design and friendly user interface. 1. I need a Project files in wordpress cms. Freelancer must created a theme in WordPress 2. User can also post there property listing. [login to view URL] can create there account using a registration forum. b. User can also register by using there Facebook, Gmail, Yahoo, Twitter accounts, c. Registered users have there own panel where they customize there listings, can upgrade or buy website plans i.e featured listings. d. Captcha code is required when registering on website, post listings and in post creating page. 3. There is also very clean and elegant admin panel. Admin can remove, edit, update the user profiles as well as edit there listing. Admin can also featured any of the listing at single click. The code must be clean with zero bug. 4. Front page includes featured listings, top listings and other listings with a image on the left side. 5. Freelancer who are awarded the project must be done this work as early as possible and there is also a upfront payment and also i will create the milestone payment when i receiving the work files.
