Customize Wordpress Plugin (MW WP Form)

I need a skilled Wordpress developer who can customize a Wordpress plugin called MW WP Form with the following functionalities. The functionality changes will be the following: 2. Currently CSV data of individual form is downloadable, create a button to download CSV data of all the forms together (zip file and csv inside them of individual forms) 3. Create the duration of the data that can be downloaded (such as from which day, month, year to which day, month, year) 4. Able to select which contact form's data can be downloaded by using checkboxes (multiple selectable) 5. Checkboxes should all be checked first (that's the default) and administrator can remove the ones that they don't need by removing the checkbox 6. In each of the post data, the client wants to display the post ID instead of the title. The title should preferably be removed. 7. When you click on the details of each post data, the client wants to display ID and post date in the fields. 8. Currently when you click on each individual post, you can choose and change the state of the post. The client wants to be able to bulk assign states from the post list. Additional details - 1.
