Project Overview:
An excellent quality Wordpress plugin that will enable a full width banner to be inserted into pages & posts on my wordpress site using a shortcode which should use one parameter.
Functionality Overview
1) Banner will have the following user data entry form fields: Name & Email - Both should be fully validated on submission
2) After validation this data from be entered into a MySQL db table (table dump will be provided)
3) After db insertion, the user will be re-direct to URL (specified by the parameter in the shortcode). This should open in new tab - target="_blank"
Banner Design
The design of the banner should be perfect. This includes:
* 100% Width
* Fully responsive
* A different layout for mobile then desktop & tablet.
The plugin should be lightweight, excellent quality & not conflict with any other plugin or wordpress function
