Wedding Venue Vlog & Reels

Our event space is hosting a beautiful wedding soon and I want to capture the day in two formats: a cinematic, full-length vlog and a collection of punchy, vertical reels. After filming and editing, you’ll publish the final vlog on YouTube and share the reels on Instagram and Facebook directly from your own accounts, so an established, authentic following is important to extend our reach beyond the couple’s guests. Here’s the flow I have in mind: • Film the venue preparations, ceremony highlights, décor details, guest energy and behind-the-scenes moments throughout the day. • Craft one polished vlog (8–12 minutes) that tells the complete story. • Edit 5–7 short reels (15–30 seconds each) focusing on the most share-worthy snippets. • Upload the vlog to your YouTube channel with appropriate tags, then publish each reel on Instagram and Facebook, tagging the venue and the couple’s official profiles that I’ll supply. Please include links to past work that shows both long-form storytelling and short-form social edits, along with a brief note on your current follower counts so I can gauge potential reach. Footage must be delivered to me as downloadable files in Good Video Quality, and posts should go live within seven days of the wedding date.
