I run a growing remote insurance sales agency that operates entirely inside GoHighLevel. We onboard new agents weekly, and I am moving all technical setup and troubleshooting away from myself and into a dedicated support role. This is not a one-time project. This is an ongoing position where you become the primary technical contact for agents during onboarding and daily usage of the platform. Agents will message you directly when they need help inside the CRM. Your job is to guide them, troubleshoot issues, and make sure they are operational. You are NOT responsible for sales, coaching, or insurance — only platform support. What You’ll Help Agents With • CRM login issues • Connecting Google calendar & email • LeadConnector mobile app setup • Phone number purchase & verification • A2P 10DLC registration guidance • Importing contact lists (CSV) • Pipelines & opportunities troubleshooting • Workflow / automation troubleshooting • SMS/email sending issues • Wavv dialer troubleshooting • Basic navigation/how-to questions You will mostly be instructing users what to click and diagnosing setup mistakes. What You Will NOT Do • No sales calls • No recruiting • No coaching agents • No marketing or funnel building • No redesigning systems unless asked This is support and troubleshooting — not development. Work Structure Agents will contact you directly via messaging (async support). You respond and assist them, then log your time hourly. There are no guaranteed hours, but consistent ongoing volume as the agency grows. Requirements You must already have experience with GoHighLevel. You should be comfortable: • guiding non-technical users step-by-step • diagnosing setup mistakes • communicating clearly in simple English • working independently without constant supervision Bonus if familiar with: Twilio / A2P / phone provisioning concepts
