Zoho Creator Rental Marketplace Build

I need a full-cycle Zoho Creator app that lets owners list properties, tenants book them, and admins keep everything running smoothly. The heart of the project is a rock-solid Razorpay payment integration—rent, deposits, and fees must clear seamlessly inside the app with real-time status updates. Three distinct roles drive the workflow: • Admin – controls listings, payouts, analytics, and dispute tools • Property Owner – publishes properties, manages availability, tracks income in a tailored dashboard • Tenant – browses, books, pays, and views upcoming stays from a personal dashboard Each role should land on its own dashboard the moment they sign in. From there, they can trigger bookings, view transactions, or run quick reports without touching the back-end. Custom Deluge scripting, workflow automation, and Creator pages will tie it all together. Acceptance criteria 1. Secure Razorpay integration covering one-time and recurring charges, refunds, and webhooks. 2. End-user dashboards load in <2 seconds and refresh key metrics automatically. 3. Booking flow prevents double-booking and reflects property availability instantly. 4. Role-based permissions strictly enforced—no cross-role data leaks. 5. App is deployed to production inside my Zoho account with all assets handed over.
