We are a young technology start-up in the greeting card industry. We are attempting to make the process of sending handwritten greeting cards to your loved ones as easy and conveniently as possible. To do so, we are leveraging a robotic solution that can replicate human handwriting. Our one and only sales channel shall be online. Therefore, we need a holistic online store front that enables us to do commerce and also to represent our brand. We would prefer using Zoho Commerce for this, but, if you can convince us, we would agree to go with WordPress as well. Additionally, we seek to integrate the front-end solution holistically with Zoho One applications in the back-end, to efficiently steer the ordering, customization and shipping process as well as finance and accounting. This projects will required advanced Zoho One and programming skills for several modules: (1) Zoho Commerce or WordPress: Development of a customized homepage and eCommerce store with advanced functions and including state-of-the-art technology (2) Zoho CRM: Fully integrated front-end and back-end with Zoho CRM (3) Zoho Desk: Integrate support tickets, website Chat and Social Media with Zoho Desk (4) Zoho Inventory: Integrate eCommerce shop with Zoho Inventory, including order management, stock management, forecasting, etc. (5) Zoho Books: Integrate eCommerce with Zoho Books, including invoicing process, accounting, tax, finance, etc. (6) Zoho Creator: Important! Generate .svg file out of customized order from eCommerce shop, render it, and pass it on into a format for InkScape with which our robot can work. Technical documentation can be provided. (7) Zoho Analytics: Integrate analytics on to the website As a next step, we will provide further background and guidance for the project.
