Job Description:
I have Zoho CRM and I have two related objects - Accounts and Revenues.
When I create a new revenue record I enter the related Account, Revenue Amount $ and the Payment Date.
I wish to roll up the Revenue from the Revenue Module to the Accounts Module (sum any qualified records).
Qualify the records where…
The Accounts module has two fields called AFC Start Date and AFC End Date.
I want to create a function/trigger when Revenue is created/edited/saved and where the Payment Date is between the AFC Start Date and AFC End Date roll up revenue.
And if AFC Start Date and/or AFC End Date are edited refresh the rolled up calculation.
