Don 2 - iOS, Android, PS3
A 3rd person shooter based on the recently released Don 2 movie, out now on the iOS & Android platforms & in development for the PS3. Currently, 1 million+ downloads since its release on 23rd Dec, 2011 My Role - Technical Lead • Developed & delivered the iOS & Android versions in the short span of 5 months. • Architected the game framework & core systems, & led a Development team of 9 programmers • Trained the technical as well as the art team on the Unity3D platform. • Setup asset pipelines for an optimized workflow, leading to better management in a time crunched project. • Liaised with the stakeholders of the project, and managed expectations & timelines through the development schedule.
