The provider took 2 projects. A twitter (this) & a youtube one. Each $30. They submitted the youtube background and then RESUBMITTED it as the twitter background! When we objected, they said that they will make a new design. The issue was that they wanted to cheat us and wanted to pass off 1 project as another. Further the designer (Satyajit) is far better than their CEO (Rajdeep). He was very rude and had no idea about the project. The project was awarded with an acceptance of our terms and conditions. They said yes and we created milestone based deliveries and transferred the money to Freelancer Escrow. They then started blackmailing us into sending the payment or they will not give the money. Once we said that the money is in Escrow, they said they wanted the money first. We insisted they use the Freelancer system and they kept insisting for money citing 'our policy is different we dont use freelancer or your policy'. The very cliche of a bad freelancer. Avoid.
