I am a freelance translator with three years of experience. I graduated at the University of Florence, Italy where I gained the Bachelor’s degree in Theory and Practice of Translation (I read English and French). The title of my final paper is “Problems when translating an economics text from English to Croatian”, and I have done much research work in field of economics and finance, therefore I am now specialized in this particular field. I am also specialized in fields such as journalism, sport, civil engineering, software and hardware engineering, food and animals. My mother-tongue languages are Croatian and Serbo-Croatian, and during my University years in Italy I have also taken an exam in Croatian language and literature in order to maintain my previous excellent level of knowledge of my mother tongue. I am also fluent in Italian, English and French. I lived in Great Britain (London) and in Italy (Florence), where I have learnt not only the languages but also the cultures of these two countries.
