I have worked on several projects in my working life. Especially in the area of industrial Automation ,I have worked on the Wastewater Treatment Plant and Water Treatment Plant Automation Project. I wrote the system software with the SIEMENS TIA Portal program and the Simatic Manager program according to the automation scenario and then I worked with the SIEMENS WinCC SCADA program to monitor and control the system. I used the SIEMENS PH & INFORMATION SERVER program to report the units on a monthly, monthly and yearly basis and prepared templates for the reports. I did (PTP) point to point tests and automation tests when the units were switched on. I drew the Electricity Projects with the E plan P8 V2.6 program. In the field of process automation, I used the DELTA PLC program and the ABB PLC program to control each piece of equipment in the factory. In Energy Automation, I also worked in HES projects where I made the generators PLC and SCADA system. Ventilation systems of plants and enterprises were made according to the temperature of the environment, according to the working information of the machines and according to other factors. Ventilation system entered the circuit and worked in a certain place. I usually used ABB AC500 PLC program and ABB & SIEMENS drivers when doing these systems. I install &Comission Chocolate Machines,lines.And test all equipment then commission about process follow. I used Honeywell DCS C200 in iron steel industry and I comissioned this systems about part by part units In the field of electricity, I work actively in the fields of electric panel works, electricity projects and field applications of small enterprises in general. I used OMRON PLC some factory application with given scenario I wrote plc to control each equipment and depend on sensor etc.. I set up on the field instruments, configuration upper and lower limit values during setup, setup analogue 4.20 mA, 0-10 V. I made work such as parameter setting of ABB & SIEMENS drivers and softstarters. In Machine Automation ,I have done projects like machine process Automation and writing software depositor and other part of machines and there I used AB PLC -RS Logix 5000 and Factory talk.
