I have worked in Customer Service and have handled all types of Correspondence and Transferred Data from this to databases of various kinds. My typing is fast and accurate. I can pick up new programs easily. I have used all sorts of packages including Corel Draw where I designed a book, published online which is noted for its Design acumen. My writing is fluent and well punctuated. In the early days of the internet I designed a website with HTML and was an early adopter having a numerical e-mail address in 1995 as that was what was available, so I am self-taught and intuitive with computer programs. I have presented my PowerPoint presentations to congregations of 1000s, including imagery, confidently, so I could generate interesting professional output for you. I have dealt with the trickiest customers under pressure, I worked at a Job Centre cum Unemployment Benefit Office in the 1990s recession, pleasantly and positively with the customers. I have good investigatory skills.
