Sales Spreadsheet
This is a basic spreadsheet I created to keep track of sale at a particular event. This shows my ability to use Excel, set up basic formulas, and create charts and graphs.
Über Mich
I have worked in customer service in one way or another for most of my career. I am passionate about helping others; both external customers and those that I work with. I am proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, Outlook, Project, Access, and Visio) and have the ability quickly learn new software. I am an organized, self-motivated and detail oriented individual who can multi-task and has strong oral as well as written communication skills. Most recently I have been in a call center environment but I have also worked as an assistant for a transportation company. In these positions I have created various documents and correspondence with customers, quality assurance, and data entry. I created also our company newsletter and managed various charity fundraising events. Now I would love to help you in any way I can.
