While the project evolved beyond the original timeline and scope, we agreed to adjust budget accordingly, and improvements are continuing to be made. That said, I am extremely happy with Casper and his communication throughout the entire process. He has been very responsive to all inquiries—whether by quick replies, phone calls, or Google Meet sessions. He consistently took the time to explain everything clearly and cooperated fully with all my needs in developing this software. Whenever I raised an issue or concern, it was addressed and corrected promptly. He was always receptive to feedback and aligned himself with my vision for the project. Even though the project is marked as completed on Freelancer, Casper continues to work on items that were part of the original scope but required further refinement to function correctly and to be fully compatible with my original requirements. I would strongly recommend Casper for software development projects and will absolutely hire him again in the future without hesitation.
