Having gained 10 years' experience in the recruitment industry, latterly in senior in-house roles, I established my own consultancy to support businesses in establishing effective recruitment processes, developing candidate attraction strategies and ensuring that assessment methodologies were fit for purpose. I am also an accredited, trained user of one the most powerful work-based psychometric profiling tools. Recent clients have included a national retailer, global energy business and a bespoke manufacturing organisation.
