Project to evolve the existing recruitment provision for the commercial functions of a £1bn turnover European food manufacturer. This included the development of a senior management recruitment plan as well as the design and development of a commercial graduate scheme. This project involved the overhaul and recruitment of a new, European-wide Purchasing team to further the commercial aims of the business. Appointments including Chief Operating Officer, Non-Executive Director, Pension Trustee, Brand Marketing Managers, Development Technologists and graduates. Developed psychometric profiling strategy, introducing a new provider and aligning this to newly developed recruitment processes.

Having gained 10 years' experience in the recruitment industry, latterly in senior in-house roles, I established my own consultancy to support businesses in establishing effective recruitment processes, developing candidate attraction strategies and ensuring that assessment methodologies were fit for purpose. I am also an accredited, trained user of one the most powerful work-based psychometric profiling tools. Recent clients have included a national retailer, global energy business and a bespoke manufacturing organisation.
