Simple Scraper in Perl

I need a bot which will be able to post comments on a specified PostID using Access Tokens.
What it should be doing is:
- Import a list of comments in the following format (DesiredFbPostID:Comment) and the comment should support including links (could use [http] and [https] to recognize the links.)
- Import a list of access tokens in the following format (Proxy:Token) and EACH token should be used with the proxy placed in front of it.
- Define the min and max delay between comments (seconds)

Add bottom to Chrome extension

Roman is good. It took very little for him to understand what I needed to do. Then he did it on time, and gave me the code that worked on the first try. That speaks to the quality controls that Roman put in place before delivering his work. I will certainly hire again.

In DoubleGIS-Irkutsk we working on Google Maps desktop alternative (currently it's one of the best program in Russia) called 2GIS. My task was to control collection of data (organization and map). We have custom program (Map, Organizations and CRM all in one) running on Firebird and using VBA.
