I am a Mechanical Engineer with 7+ years in field. I have good experience in Quality management systems. have a keen interest in statistical process controls and tools of World Class manufacturing. I have design experience of 5 years using CREO (pro e), AutoCAD, Minitab, Excel & illustrator. I used to develop and review designs/drawings and testing of products. I have developed various 3D part models, assembly and detail drawings including gear mechanisms, plastic molded parts, sheet metal parts, 3D prototypes, packaging etc. Currently I am working as working as Assistant manager R&D/QA in Sigma refrigeration Pakistan (Electrolux), looking after all the developments regarding home appliances. Furthermore I have also experienced in manufacturing of plastic and sheet metal parts starting from their development, Planning, Procurement, Production and Supplies. Moreover, I have a proven track record of excellent communication skills, having worked as liaison between various teams, including Design, Production, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance and Control.
