Responsibilities: - Responsible for the operations of the Digital Marketing department (SEO, Social Media, Web Development, Graphic Design and PPC) - Responsible for creating the business model for the department (services to be offered, pricing of services, client acquisition, ROI report & overall strategy) - Profit & Loss reporting to the CEO - Responsible for client management & reporting - SEO, PPC, Web Development & Social Media Campaign Development & Management - Responsible for conducting rotational SEO Audits for client websites in a monthly basis - Responsible for distributing task to each team member - Responsible for the continuous development of campaign strategies - Content management (Proofreading articles, minor revisions, topic recommendations & etc…) - Responsible for sourcing new staff & preparation of documents for new hires - QA of all the employees’ production in the department - Manages web developers, social media experts, content writers, web developers, graphic designers & junior SEOs

Responsibilities: - Production of website audits in a monthly & yearly basis (Excel SEO Tools, Excellent Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools & Analytics) - Responsible for conducting Keyword/Competitor Research for new landing pages and for continuous on page optimization. - Research & implementation for on-page optimization - Responsible for translating Google/Bing Analytics data to the Department Head - Responsible for the creation of Excel Reporting Workbooks for all SEO staff - Responsible for translating e-commerce statistics and recommendation of A/B testing - Conducting site maintenance for all brands - Conducting research & implementation for outreach campaigns - Keyword research for continuous optimization of meta-data and new landing pages.
