This is done to prevent the flow of disastrous viruses. No media is allowed inside the process floor. _ No user is allowed to carry the bags including food item/beverages on the working floor. The Servers and Computers The servers are from HP, Axiomtek and Acer where as work stations are from Acer with latest configuration. The Power Arrangement The primary source of power is the state owned power grid UPSEB which supplies electric power for all regular operational requirements on a continuous basis. Any disruption in power supply is handled by the uninterrupted power supply units located at center and doubly backed up by fuel powered generator units. Critical centers such as server farms have dedicated power and backup facilities. The UPS systems are geared to automatically take over during power failures and the standby electric generator are pressed into service when the primary source of power is shut off for more than a specified duration. All equipment serving our exigency power requirements are maintained under regular predictive maintenance schedules and are covered by annual maintenance contracts from vendors. Drills for ensuring the readiness of such equipment is carried out from time to time to ensure guaranteed availability during exigencies. Manpower The manpower employed by B. R.
