This is an Inventory Information approval system, Point of Sale (PoS) Technology for pharmacy retailers accepting cards for Health Reimbursement Accounts. The key feature of a compliant POS system is the capability to determine whether an individual merchandise item is eligible to be paid for through a debit account, and conduct split tender transactions. Features: 1. NCPDP 5.1 telecommunication standard is used for pharmacy claim transmission. 2. FSA and PCI Compliant when combined with X-Charge processing, allowing user to accept FSA debit cards. 3. Automated product pricing updates with leading drug wholesalers and other vendors Challenges Faced: 1. Device Integration • Pole display unit, Signature capture / Pin Pad, Cash Drawers through Receipt Printer, Bar Code Reader, and Check Reader MICR device, Epson thermal receipt printer and many more. • Signature/Pin Pad and Printer devices need to be connected over the network instead of connected to PC directly
