1. This site is made in YII framework. 2. It has online Document sign feature. (docusign.com) 3. In this the client sets up an auction for getting the electricity connection. 4. Suppplier is the user who bids for these connections. 5. Depending upon the winner for 12, 24, 36, 48 months, the client sends supplier an electronic document with all his details and signature as acceptance of the offer.
