This is promising! I like the first 4 seconds and also the moving bubbles in the end. I don't like the way how the head looks way too much 3D with shades when it emerges - it should be 2D in the end as in the original design. Also the color scheme differs from the original at the 5 sec mark. If you can come up with an alternative way to bring the head into the final picture, we are into something here!
