I am looking to have a flyer built for a specific campaign. We want a simple pitch as we sell Managed Services to a nontechnical customer. The thought is to have something with more graphics than words to convey three tiers of services through our company. We support deployments from 1 to 1000 locations making sure that network continuity is maintained regardless of the site and provide you with detailed reporting on performance.
Tier One is Internet Connectivity and Managed Security Device (ie Firewall) where we provide a fully managed primary and an optional secondary internet connection connected to a fully managed Security Device that is monitored and maintained 24/7 at our US-based Network Operations Centers. This includes onsite support when needed from our field teams.
Tier Two is everything in Tier One plus we move beyond the Security device and manage/provide and maintain your LAN, including Switches, Wireless Access Points and hardwired Ethernet outlets that support your end users. We will work with your existing Vendors when there is a need to integrate with your Network.
Tier Three is everything in Tier One and Tier Two plus we will help manage all of your company owned mobile devices and computer assets through device management as well as provide end user support for those users directly through our US-based 24/7 Net Operations Centers.
All three tiers have access to add a la carte services Such as Disaster Recovery, Server and Storage, Data Protection, Hosted Voice Services and Hosted Desktops
