Chat Moderator
The design is clean and minimal and i made it from scratch according to the brief you provided. I have given emphasis to the layout. Even if you dont want the pictures of the users to be displayed, a simpler design can be made out of the same layout. Waiting for your feedback.

Some suggestions
- The list of players on the side is unclear and could likely be repurposed. To be effective they only address one reported user at a time. What do you think if we showed the one reported user at the top of the left pane like how you have HappyFeet32. Following that if we listed all the reports that were filled against them. So Stinkysocks reported her for ____. Then JoeSmith72 reported her for ____. Clicking on those reports would show the chat from that report.- 5 Jahre zuvor

I think that would be great but then we will have to add another button to mark this report as complete and move on to the next one.. as there will be no other way for that.. I will sumbit my version of this design today..

We usually put the action to take (Ignore / Ban User / Warn) at both the top and the bottom so they don't have to scroll

- Below those reports (and still in the right pane) we could show past actions. That is we could show that modertor Jim banned them 2 weeks ago, and Moderator Sally banned them 3 weeks ago.
- That would free up the Players Involved area for more space for chat logs. That would be helpful when the chat message is longer or if it was a forum post.
- The default view for the chat would show what the AI indicates is the worst messages from all reports. Clicking on the report on the left would show the full context with the worst messages still highlighted but now with full context.- 5 Jahre zuvor

Wow, this is awesome. I really like the following parts
- colors and avatars are great.
- the search bar on the top is great.
- the players involved is great use of optimal spaces and actions
