Background: The goal is to create a short video around 3 – 5 minutes to introduce HBCU School Team Members that are participating in a summit. There are 5 Universities, which makes up 5 teams of 4 students on each team. The video is to be created professionally but with flare and upbeat. Prior to introducing each team member, each logo for the university will appear and be placed with each students’ name, major, and classification (ie sophomore, junior, or senior).
1. Introduction
The introduction of the video will feature the ACES Event logo followed the short clips of each university’s band. The ACES Event logo has various options to use as well as an MP4 file in 4k (if desired). The introduction is designed to give viewers the feel of the high level of competition, artistry, and school spirit at HBCUs. The university band clips are presented in the below youtube link for each university. Use the most exciting part of the clip for 3-5 seconds for each university. The lower third or overlay should give the name of each University and their band’s name.

The background music for the entire video will be a mixture of 6-7 hip hop instrumental songs, which can be found in the dropbox folder
2. HBCU Teams
Following the introduction, this section should start with the University logo. The each team member’ name, major, and classification (ie sophomore, junior, or senior) should appear one at a time with their information and school logo in the lower third. Each Student's name, major, and classification is the name of the file with their photo.
3. Close out the video with the ACES Event logo and Partners logos
Success winner will submit (mp4, flv, mov, avil mpg) preview file and premiere or other editing final files.
