Kurzbeschreibung des Wettbewerbs
Im looking for a new creative professional logo for my property investment business. As a business, we buy residential properties, renovate them and resell. The logo and business marketing will be aimed at potential partner investors. Therefore the logo must:
- Be clear to the potential client about what we deal with (property) and the outcome (increasing return on their investment)
- Appeal to the client by being sophisticated, interesting and clever
- Be modern with a minimalist effect used by the likes of Facebook Workplace ie in a circular, single line type format
- Be versatile across all media formats, so its clearly visible in the tiniest profile pic displayed on Facebook comment feeds, to high-quality brochures and large outdoor signage
- Include the text of the company name (Resolution Property Investments) with each word capitalised, not all Caps.
- Have a font style that works with the logo style
- be available in various formats eg .png for overlaying onto photos, and vectorised for large print formats.
Although the initial thought on colour is merlot wine or ruby, other colours that symbolise wealth and sophistication are welcomed.
Some of your examples should also show the logo displayed as office reception signage.
