Create an Urgent/Important Matrix form from the attached documents. I will be using this as a lead magnet "free giveaway" for people joining my E-mail newsletter.

I have attached a rough draft of the wording I am looking for (created on Scribus) and the Logo to be used on the document. In the document I put that the logo should be on the top, however, you are the design professionals, so whatever you think works best. It may be best to put the "-This Urgent/Important Matrix provides a guideline for prioritizing your thought process from the moment you find a potential property until the purchase closes." description above the actual matrix? I'm not sure, up to you!

Also, I have a YouTube channel, and facebook page so if you think I should add those in the contact area (or delete some of the ones I have listed already) feel free to deviate!
