We need the User Interface of our horse racing game to be redesigned.

We want a new UI with a layout similar to this: http://bit.ly/2GP9SGT
The new UI should fit the style of our race graphics, more 3D realistic, but colorful.
Buttons required: X (to close game), SETTINGS, CLEAR BET, REBET, START (large button)
Popup to cover maximum 50% of the screen for displaying text such as “Insufficient funds” is required.
Logo needs to be redesigned. Game name is the same as in the video.
The bottom bar should remain the same. Just the sound icon needs to be redesigned.
The new UI which you will design will be used for a game that can be also played on mobile, so it is important that the buttons and bet areas are large enough.
Playable scene size: 1440x900
The background will need to have size 1600x900
