Card can and preferably to have cartoon characters (NOT KNOWN CHARACTERS).

1. First fix the front of UStop onto the front of the toilet seat.
2. Then push down the back of UStop over the back of the rim.
3. It will click in place. Now your toilet seat is spillage proof.
