Kurzbeschreibung des Wettbewerbs

I have an image of a shattered clock attached. I need it recreated minus the grey background. Must be clean but still with a lot of detail.

Changes to design:
1.) the clock should be rotated so the broken part is on the RIGHT (not the left). It should still have the XII at the top followed by I, II, III, IV, V, etc
2.) I would like to have some of the glass shards extending out to the right as if bits of broken glass are flying out far to the right..

Budget is $75 USD.

Requirements:
- Image recreated. Sent in .ai, .pdf and .png
- Dropbox link for ALL the icons and the final file

Attachments:
- Existing design I want to recreate, entitled "Shattered Clock to Recreate" (attached).
