"IF CAN, I DON WANT GARDEN WITH original land" if there is garden just using flower pot"
Design Preferences: Yes
Specific Features or Elements:
- Waterfall feature (optional)
- Slide (optional)
- Sunken bar (optional)
- Jacuzzi size 2.5x2.5
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experienced pool designer
- Knowledge of outdoor kitchen and bar design
- Ability to incorporate various elements and features into a cohesive design
- Creativity in suggesting design themes and preferences
Total land area = 10x30m2
Swimming Pook Size = 4x12.5m2 (incuding jacuzzi 2,5x2,5)
Machine Room 4x2m2
From total wide land area 10 m --> 3,5x30m should be free as road access to behind back yard (this 3,5 m road must design too use what material so it seem like merges with swimming pool area.
start from shophouse door to the swimming pool area
there must have :
1. Mini Bar
2. BBQ Area
3. Kitchen
4. Dining Room
5. Sofa Area
6. Shower area
And there must be a canopy on kitchen/dining room area to avoid rat / rain coming in
and the canopy can sliding open/close (example : https://www.facebook.com/reel/807138177253264?mibextid=S2eJsg&s=yWDuG2&fs=e) but use glass and have door

Halo looking good. But i just think the swimming pool too short 7.5m after less jacuzzi. So can you think if we make it longer. Nett 10 meter. So total with jacuzzi 4x12.5. Thanks alot

and about the two levels i have done it in order to achieve a mini and sunken bar at the same time plus an easy access to the pool machine room for maintenance, but after understanding that u need parking of 3.5 width that access from the back of the yard i will have to change everything, i am working on it!!

oh sorry for missunderstanding, i though that you ment a pedastrian passage way of 3.5m from front to back of the yard, i will redesign the yard in a way that allows acces and parking of a car if that is what you mean

the 3.5 m section must be clean. because it is used as an access road for cars to the rear land

and 3.5 m what floor material do you want to use? paving blocks or concreate cement or what. which can hold car/excavator access to back land. and it looks like it blends in with the swimming pool area when there are no cars / heavy equipment passing by. so it can be used as an area to play too.

Question because it's still not clear about the statement. Do you mean to have one side of the land use for the road? So basically the land size is 6.5x30?- 10 Monate zuvor

my questions are: how deep are the pool and jacuzzi?, when u said "From total wide land area 10 m --> 3,5 m should be free as road access to behind back yard" did you mean u want to leave a passage of 3.5m that leads from the front to the back of the yard? basically I can not ask everything here but ill do my best and submit my entry and then I will hope that you like it!
