My method for solution

My solution uses a secure file upload mechanism to the server keeping data safe and is based on a 4G Router in the field and a cloud based server(Such as AWS\Google compute etc). When the data arrives on the server some proprietary software triggers the required work-flow processes then allows the relevant users to access the data. Because the software is purpose built it will suit your needs perfectly and perform well.
