I'm in need of a creative and experienced graphic designer who can create a striking tribute poster of Menachem Begin. Here's what I'm looking for:

Attached is a picture that I want to use. It is a low resolution picture, so please make sure to make sure it prints sharp at the large sizes that I am looking for.

Here's a quote that needs to be easy to read:

"I am not a Jew with trembling knees. I am a proud Jew with 3,700 years of civilized history. Nobody came to our aid when we were dying in the gas chambers and ovens. Nobody came to our aid when we were striving to create our country. We paid for it. We fought for it. We died for it. We will stand by our principles. We will defend them. And, when necessary, we will die for them again."

(his name should be easy to read but the main focus point is the sentence:
I Am Not A Jew With Trembling Knees

I want his picture to be big enough so he is the main theme,
You can use a jewish star of david (blue and white like israel's flag colors).

I will need the final art to be made into the following:
1) POSTER
2) T-shirt
3) Gobo Slide - Gobo slide is a 3" circle that the art will project this type of projection ( this will only have his picture) - the gobo slides will create projections like this: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/dcc93tfe4bt0bxdtl2qph/h?rlkey=kl4o2856aunzfckoe6gzfak2d&dl=0

I will need the final art to be designed in several sizes as I will be selling it on Prinify and other Print On Demand Platforms. For posters, I will need the following sizes: 8" x 12", 12" x 18", 16" x 20", 18" x 24", 24" x 36", 28" x 40" (please design it as 24" x 36" or 28" x 40" and then downscale the size after approval)
