  Aside from the mockup, do we need to provide the CSS and other assets / resources? If yes, then can you provide a static page (HTML) so we can play around the code. No need to provide the actual website address (but if you're okay sharing the website, then that would be better).

     Yes. you of course can.
     
     However, blue/white is our company color scheme.
     
     You can use other shades of colors anywhere. Just want a really professional looking clean, easy to read UI.
