Kurzbeschreibung des Wettbewerbs

I'm seeking a skilled and experienced professional to draft a comprehensive construction plan for a large-scale farmhouse.

Key Requirements:

- Must be well-versed in constructing farmhouses of 2000 sq meter.
- The plan must detail the residential building aspect of the construction as well as the vegetation and plants.

This project requires someone with in-depth understanding of rural home architecture that suits the size and aesthetic of a large farmhouse. The plan should efficiently use space while keeping aesthetics and functionality in mind. Please provide examples of previous projects, if possible, in your proposal.

Examples of ideas that I liked are attached.

General Info:
1- The size of the land is 40m × 50m.
2- The needed bedrooms are 4 with full bathrooms in each and a walk-in closet. The master bedroom should be around 6m*7m including the bathroom while the other bedrooms should be 5m*5m.
3- Kitchen and Dining room with size for both around 10m*5m.
4- Two bathrooms next to the dining room with washing hands sink outside the bathrooms.
5- There will be only one floor.
6- There should be a sitting area (guarded by walls or fence) above the rooms to sleep in during summer or to sit in.
7- Landscaping design.
8- Volleyball court.
9- Swimming pool (5m*8m) with a small corner for kids separated from the main one.
10- Birds and rabbits’ barn (12m*8m).
11- Grilling area.
12- Outside sitting area with built-in fireplace in the middle (12m*10m) with Pergola covered with climbing plants. The sitting area may be lower than the other areas to be like as it’s fixed into the ground or may be higher than the other areas.
13- Washing hands area close to the sitting area.
14- Concrete pathways with lights on both sides.
15- Playground area.
16- Cars’ parking area.
General Requirements:
1- The design must include elevation.
2- The design must include the floor plan.
3- The floor plan should show the location and identity of each room, room dimensions, locations of windows and doors, fixture locations, and items such as smoke detectors. A window schedule should be provided with the floor plans. The schedule should indicate the location of the window, the window size.
4- The dining room and the master bedroom should have view on the swimming pool and the nice view outside.
5- Vegetation should be spread out in the whole area with nice distribution. There must be trees in different places and some small plants and flowers.
6- There should be different levels in the area (up and down).
7- Small stones should be used as in the attached pictures.
8- The design should use materials that are suitable in farms.
9- The design should not use expensive materials but rather elegant and reasonable.
10- The design should include day and night renderings.
11- The design should be in centimeters and meters not in feet or inches.

    Dear contester, Your project is not so small to complete within this price range. This project will need more or less one month full time. Would yo mind to increase price accordingly.
