We need an artist to create a 8x10 color Sales Flyer.

The Text is located on the Document called Wildwoods Sales Flyer --- You MUST use the text and incorporate it into the flyer!

We have attached a variety of farm photos for your use. You can use the ones you prefer for your design.

FLYER TEXT:

WILDWOODS FARM: A COOPERATIVE FARM PARK

Ever want to own a Farm? Now’s Your Chance!
Become an Owner of a Local Farm Park.

Monthly Financing is Available. $35,000 per ownership share.

The farm is approximately 3.8 acres which is shared by everyone.

Benefits of owning the farm include:

REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT: Own the Farm as a real estate investment, you can gift, will, or sell your share.

YOUR OWN PRIVATE FARMER: You will have access to your private staff farmer where you can order and customize your yearly produce.
