I need to design list screens for attached details screens. The app collect the data in the details screen. The list screen should be designed in such a way that user can see the enough information on list screen. To edit the data, user can go to the detail screen by tapping one of the items on the list. The list screen is just display only, no edit.
- Design both phone and tablet screens.
#1 Medication screen:
- Visit Date1 ( Grouped by this date)
- Start Date1 and End date1, Duration
- Medication1
- Morning -1, Afternoon, -0 , Night-1, Evening -1

- Morning -1, Afternoon, -0 , Night-1, Evening -1

- Start Date2 and End date2, Duration

- Visit Date ( Group by this date)
- Clinical Notes
- Media ( tap to expand all the media files under a clinical notes)

- There should be clear option in each screen to show a user to tap on it to go to corresponding details screens ( for eg, an > at right most side of a list)
- Overall color/font should match with existing screen
- should provide all the resolutions for various Android screen/iOS once I finalize it
