We are seeking a creative interior designer to transform our family home into a space that is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. The project will involve creating a virtual tour that presents a fully furnished and decorated home.
Be sure to see 2-3 min video that is in the google drive folder attached and include a virtual walkthrough in your submission. You will also see a file with more pictures of the rooms. Scope of Work:
Interior Design:
Develop a fully furnished virtual tour of the home, including living rooms, bedrooms, foyer, and Man Cave.
Design should be practical and stylish, suitable for a family-oriented environment.
Incorporate a non-TV area in the upstairs living room and a TV area by the fireplace in the downstairs living room.
Use unique architectural features, such as high ledges and platforms, for decorative purposes like plants, fish tanks, or bird cages.
Design a welcoming foyer with a coat rack, shoe organizer, and a feature fish tank with Discus fish.
Wall Art and Decor:
Select artwork and wall hangings that enhance the overall aesthetic of each room.
Include special features and custom wall decor that reflect our family’s tastes.
Man Cave:
Integrate two deer mounts, a drum set, a microphone, and a pool table into a cohesive design.
Exterior Design:
Create an inviting front porch with a swing and chairs.
Address landscaping needs, including a garden and a beach area by the pond.
Product Links:
Provide links to recommended products, focusing on furniture and decor items.
Offer options for key pieces like couches and entertainment units.
Deliverables:
A 3D virtual walkthrough or detailed pictures of each room, showcasing all furnishings and decor.
A comprehensive product list with links, preferably from Amazon or similar sources.
A rationale for the design choices, including colors, furniture selection, and layout.
Submission Guidelines:
Proposals should include a brief outline of your design approach and experience.
A portfolio showcasing relevant previous projects, especially in family homes.
An initial concept, mood board, or sketch demonstrating your vision.
Include a virtual walkthrough or detailed pictures of each room with proposed furnishings and decorations.
Will pay out to the highest and best submission and maybe the runner ups will get bonuses and will rate them as they come in, only submit one and try your best of the first submission.

hello contest holder, please you will have to submit plans and elevations in order to do the job, not just photos and videos, we are architects not video makers, architects will not modify a video (simply it is not our job) we use architectural softwares such us Revit and Archi-cad and AutoCAD to do a professional job, not photoshops and ai and video editing, please share the plans or just dimensions of the desired space that you would like us to make

I think it should be at least around 500 USD given the scale of the house and detailed requests. And with video walkthrough on top of that. Professional design studio might even charge way more than that. Don't you agree?
