I need to create a very effective job posting for the enclosed position. The enclosed posting was created by our HR dept. and is the standard and typical generic post that doesn’t work and hasn’t worked to get me the candidate that I need. I would like to get your input on making this more effective. I would also like to have you create a “why you should come join the Exponents family” centered job posting video that captures our not for profit agency mission and spirit. See: www.exponents.org for reference and info. There is upward mobility prospects for the right candidate. I really need the person that ultimately fills the position to be a self starter; well organized; a good team collaborator; well informed on HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, STI’s, social justice, disenfranchised populations, LGBTQI issues, addiction and mental health issues; must be a very good presenter/trainer; a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse (CASAC) trainee or full CASAC (it is a contract requirement); and good with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and computers. The salary is enclosed in the enclosed job post. In look forward to hearing your ideas and collaborating on this project. My name is Victor Velazquez. Please also take notice that: I need the job flyer to reflect the elements of the job description but to also capture the spirit of our agency mission (refer to our website: especially the CEO message). The job flyer should be interactive. What I mean by that is the following: when the flyer is viewed or downloaded I want the flyer to have a window with a student testimonial on how my agency (Exponents) has impacted their life. I want another window that has a visual montage on why this job will be fulfilling and "giving back to the community" driven.

      You are a very strong contender. Please slow the flow rate down a bit. Its zooms by too fast. Add the words: Salary mid to high 40,000's. Add an s to the word Graduate. Should read ARRIVE Graduates Not ARRIVE Graduate. Also, the employee that is selected will report to the Director of Training & Recruitment, not the Director of Health Services. That was a typo.

      Read the contest particulars. What more do you need? Let me see if I understand, the contest is for 100 plus dollars and you are increasing the cost 150%? Thats a fascinating way to open the bid. This is my first time with freelancer. Is this normal? Amazing. This project isn't overly complicated.
